Marriage is not something that we can take lightly. It is a very serious matter. It’s about making a decision to be with that one particular person for eternity and love them endlessly. Who would have known that back in 2010 the person I will be spending the rest of my time with is a sweet charming guy named Asyraf? :’)
The wedding preparation begun back in May 2016 where we started looking for the wedding venue, catering, wedding dress, guest list and so on. To all the brides out there, you know the drill 😉 . I am so so blessed to have my mama by my side throughout the whole process. She has handled most of the major stuffs while all I did was to pick a theme, design of my wedding dress and some other small small stuffs. I guess she’s the reason why I didn’t turned out to be one of the crazy bridezillas although sometimes we have our differences. Hehe. Well, after I have wasted so much time googling in the office looking for the perfect place to unite as husband and wife (LOL), mama came to the rescue by stumbling across a Facebook page called Gezal Minhat. Few wedding venues listed under the same company but the one that swept me away was in Saville @ Melawati (NOTE : Permanently closed. My wedding was the last wedding to host there). It could only fit for about 400 max and since it was just a wedding solemnisation, only family and few close friends were invited to witness the most memorable night of my life 🙂
Exactly 8 months ago today which falls on 14th April 2017 was the day that changed my life (& status!!) forever. To spice things up, I’m going to do a little story telling from each photos just like a saying that goes ‘behind every picture lies a thousand words’ so keep scrolling! 😀
I’m yours and you’re mine. From this day, till the end of my days.
